Denis Mawejje Ssentamu

Denis is a founding partner in the Corporate Governance & Structuring team of TASKK Advocates.

Denis advises on employment and labour law compliance, occupational health and safety and workman’s compensation. He specializes in dispute resolution, corporate advisory and insurance law.

Prior to joining TASKK Denis worked within the insurance industry and offers extensive understanding of liability negotiations, indemnity, professional liability, insurance contract matters and best practice measures. He is also a key member of our team acting on behalf of insurers in relation to deposit bonds, including recoveries, litigation and product advice.

Denis maintains an active community and civic involvement. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Kampala 7 Hills for which he serves as Club President (2021-2022)
