Arthur is a founding partner heading the Litigation Team of TASKK Advocates in Kampala, Uganda. Arthur has specific interest in the areas of Company Secretarial, Oil and Gas Consultancy and Tax Law. He is the Company Secretary Bank of India, GA Insurance and provides Legal advisory services to Exim Bank (U) Ltd, Tropical Bank, ABC Capital Bank and Fairway Hotel.
Arthur holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) Degree in Oil and Gas Laws from Uganda Christian University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration, Bachelor’s of Laws (Hons) Degree from the Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre.
