Allan is a partner in the Corporate Governance & Structuring team of TASKK Advocates.
Allan has expertise in international trade, having a vast background in clearing and forwarding. He represents and advises companies, Non-Governmental Organizations, regional and international investors on International trade, revenue and taxation laws. Allan possess expertise in litigation on Land and Criminal laws.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) (Hons) from Makerere University, Kampala and a post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre Kampala.
